Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and check the daily operation in the production department.
2. Prepare work instructions and standards relating to production operation.
3. Check production related reports.
4. Coordinates with Planning department on product scheduling and delivery.
5. Directs production leaders, operators in meeting production targets.
6. Assist the production manager in developing of departmental targets.
7. Appraise performance of subordinates.
8. Performs any task that may be assigned from time to time.
