Job Description
The Production Supervisor is accountable and responsible for managing production safety, environmental controls, development of production employees, plant production including quality control, protection of machines and equipment, and production of cost controls. Production Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that target production and deadlines are met.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for quality control, make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications and reject product outside of specifications;
Review, analyze and make recommendations regarding safety, environmental performance, quality, expenses, productivity, and customer feedback;
Troubleshoot and resolve production problems and coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers;
Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain safety standards;
Liaisons with third party contractors and suppliers to meet Plant equipment and/or repair needs;
Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a 4 year course graduate;
Must have at least a 2 year relevant production experience;
Must have a proven supervisory experience;
Must be willing to be assigned to Lanang area.
