Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
A licensed engineer is an advantage
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferably in a Japanese Manufacturing Company is required for the position.
Must have experience in maintenance and machine operations
Applicants must be willing to work in FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas
Experienced in handling 50 or more head count
Preferably with Lean Manufacturing Training
Ability to coach, counsel and discipline subordinates
Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to pay close attention to details with high degree of accuracy.
Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated abilities to resolve diverse problems.
Excellent Technical and Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to develop and give oral presentation to both large and small groups.
Possesses high knowledge and experience on his own process and field.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
Computer literate - MS Office
