Qualifications:
Male or Female
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related courses
Knows how to delegate tasks in order to avoid delays
Above par Supervisory and Leadership skills
Highly analytical and keen on details
Has a strong sense of URGENCY
Experience in production planning / supervisory role
Willing to render extra hours of work when necessary
