PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, preferrably in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) related courses
At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
Must have a knowledge on Planning and Inventory Control
Has average knowledge on 5S, ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP System
Must have average knowledge Rigid Packaging
Must be willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City
Work Summary:
 
Assist the Production Manager in ensuring that Flexible Department delivers the output that meet all company cost, quality, and quantity requirements.
 
Reviews schedules, directs, and coordinates work activities to ensure that planned output are met as needed and based on deadlines.
 
Job Description:
Participates and create yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department
Coach and guide direct report to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and make recommendations on employee movements, promotions, and transfer
Conducts performance review and discussion with his direct reports and prepare development plans as needed
Sets daily/weekly targets and objectives and communicate to Shift Team Leads
Ensures that jobs scheduled in production are delivered according to quantity, quality, and lead-time.
Analyzes production performance records and initiates corrective action and improvement on the process.
