Production SupervisorSantino Metal Industries, Inc

In charge of the daily operations within the assigned facility area.
Supervises Staff under Production department during minor and major portion of on going projects.
In charge in giving instructions include planning, assigning, scheduling, organizing, directing and reviewing of work and training personnel.
Assist in teaching and enforcing Safety regulations and implementation of Company Rules and Regulations.
Coordinates jobs with other production areas
Monitors on-going project status and quality compliance base on approved Sample.
Responsible for the oversight and executions of day to day activity within the assign sections.
Attend meeting for Project assessment.
Prepare Reports base on Actual status of each project.
Directly reporting and communicating to the Production Manager.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, Auto Cad.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Experience in various types of Machinery; Carpentry Machines; Painting and Printing Machines
Strong leadership experience in manufacturing environment.
