•Graduate of any Engineering degree
•Must have at least 2 years work experience in a manufacturing company or similar industry
•Highly analytical and with good communication skills
•Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Job Summary:
•Works under the supervision of Production Senior Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity targets set are achieved throughout his shift through proper scheduling and use of resources, motivates and supervises subordinates, recover from abnormal situations and ensures the safety in the work areas covered
•Initiate and leads safety, quality, productivity and other improvement activities related to his process.
•Troubleshoot all problems related to his process and provide countermeasure and corrective actions.
•Ensures that all the required production data and results are recorded and maintained covering his shift's operation.
•Ensures that the company rules are followed by his subordinates and conducts disciplinary proceedings in case of violations.
