Description
1. Responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes by managing staff on the production floor and
coordinating resources. Their duties include assigning employees to production stations, monitoring output
levels at different points in the production process and developing policies for the workplace.
2. Evaluating each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency
3. Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor
4. Creating and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure
profitability.
5. Inspecting products for quality and accuracy prior to shipping
6. Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are
understood and followed
7.Ensuring that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, Engineering
