WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:

We strive to provide critical and excellent service to our communities and is looking for a leader in our Operations team!
PRIMARY ROLE:
Direct the development, management, and operation of the facilities and personnel engaged in the functional area of water operations.
Develop operations strategies and directly manage the field operations of production for water operations.
Implement best operation practices to promote continuous improvement, innovation and excellent customer service. Ensure that operational integrity is maintained, including regulatory compliance in all facilities.
Designs SOPs for the effective implementation of the customer service standards and programs.
Oversee the direction and action plans provided for the team in the execution of customer service activities are met and ensures closure of customer complaints.
Provide strategic and operational input to annual business plans, control budgets for responsible areas, and ensure that operational and financial targets are met or exceeded
Lead, motivate and develop staff in assigned operations areas.
Communicate a shared vision, energize and empower staff, and champion diversity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicable knowledge of water resources industry, business, and environmental regulatory field.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same industry
Strong in MS applications and data analytics
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in water resources industry.
