Prepares initial draft template of monthly production plan based on client P.O/accounting Sales order.
Discuss with Plant manager for approval details of production plan, manpower deployment, packaging materials, stock-on-hand and other operational concerns.
Gives specific direction to Team leaders on all production related concerns to attain specific objective in target output and material yield compliance.
Monitors and maintains complied daily production performance within quality standard of finish batch per section.
Conducts root cause analysis in problem solving and devises corrective and preventive action.
Collates production performance on compliance to standard output target, raw materials and packaging materials yield against rejection.
Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisor on BEVM and client stock inventory movement and cut-off update status.
Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisor on rework schedule for Bad Order returns and recommends thru QC approval for condemn SKU's.
Coordinates with Inventory Controller related packaging materials for the month requirement and availability based on Production plan.
Identifies with Inventory Controller packaging materials required for re-ordering based on established just-in-time lead time.
Recommends to inventory controller packaging materials for return or replace by supplier.
Observes, performs, and implements Good Manufacturing Practice Program in all department processes personnel and work areas.
Observes, performs and implements First-in-First-out stock movement in all process batches and final FG Stock movement to Warehouse.
Performs other task as the operational urgency would require.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Chemical Engineering or any applied sciences.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s): Production, Leadership, People management.
4. Licensed is a plus.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
