The Processing/Production Supervisor has the all-encompassing responsibility to ensure all product supply is available for the packing department, meets or exceeds all customer standard specifications and is manufactured in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Duties:
The Processing/Production Supervisor is responsible for the following:
a. Overseeing the daily operations, food safety initiatives, employee execution, and budget analysis/performance of the following areas:
- Production Process Area
- Oven area
- Packaging Area
b. Direct supervision to these areas in accordance with Company Organizational Chart.
c. Facilitating and enforcing GMP s, HACCP, Food Safety Programs/Initiatives and Employee Safety Program as required by regulatory authorities.
d. Increasing the value and efficiency of each of the areas indicated above, and communicating any areas of concern to his/her supervisor.
e. Working in cooperation with Production Manager to maximize all products to their highest value.
f. Attend all meetings as necessary to perform and implement responsibilities effectively, including monthly budget meetings, monthly safety meetings, and weekly productions meetings.
