job Summary ·
This position is directly responsible for the completion of tasks involving fabricating and manufacturing of sheet metal parts and assembly.
We are looking for Mig welding machine welder , turret punching operators, shears, press brake operators
· Learn, set ups, operates and maintains powder coating/ Machines equipment according to production requirements.
· Sets and adjusts equipment to assure coverage and cure of powder coating.
· Use of tools such us drills, screw drivers, clamps, wrenches for assembly.
· Skill and Knowledge in use of MIG welding Machine
· Maintains system as required by production to insure an uninterrupted process.
· Perform preventive maintenance per schedules as required.
· Material handled to follow schedule issued by production controls.
· Also perform other work-related duties as assigned.
· Must be accountable for operation and maintenance of powder coating system in accordance with production requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Help operate assigned machine
· Do quality checks, control shop paperwork, meet production standards
· Assist in setups
· Package finished parts ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Notify supervisor when issues arise
· Operate within standard operating procedures and job safety analysis
· Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
· Attend daily safety department meetings.
· Accomplished daily reporting of machine usage and production
· Communicate with supervisors and other team members throughout their shift to ensure daily tasks are clear
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment Qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds.
· Must have high level of hand/eye coordination, capable of standing, bending, and stooping for long periods of time, and ability to work with various tools used in repairing machine.
· Mechanical aptitude, decision-making, and problem solving capabilities also required.
