Key Responsibilities:
Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
Staying updated with company policies and procedures
Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications:
Must be Bachelor's Degree holder of any courses with at least 6 months BPO experience.
Bachelor's Degree holder of any medical allied courses (BS Pharmacy, BS Nursing, BS PT, BS RadTech, BS Psychology and etc.) with or without BPO experience.
With good to excellent English communication skills
Good team player
Willing to learn and be trained
Willing to work on site.
Willing to work in Cebu Business Park or GAGFA Tower in Panagdait, Mabolo
