With at least 3-5 years of experience as a Production Head in a Manufacturing Industry
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, problem-solving and leadership skills
Must have previous experience leading others in a high productivity work environment
Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision
Full Job Description:
Lead resolution of complex manufacturing process issues by applying advanced troubleshooting techniques and providing expert technical guidance to team members.
Oversee production operations through effective scheduling, prioritization of tasks, and delegation of assignments to ensure optimal workflow and resource utilization.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, tracking daily activities and accomplishments to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze and report process performance metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement to support strategic production goals.
Undertake full responsibility in the absence of Immediate Head/Factory Manager, especially in handling abnormalities and decision making based on set company rules/standards.
Assess team performance for employment decisions, performance appraisals, and promotion eligibility, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance by overseeing task execution, maintaining accurate documentation, and enforcing adherence to company procedures.
Lead weekly reviews of the Production Capacity Plan to proactively forecast manpower requirements and optimize working hours based on target efficiency metrics.
Represent production in cross-functional meetings, providing timely updates on production status in alignment with schedules and business objectives.
Promote workplace discipline and organization by enforcing company regulations and implementing 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Provide leadership through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitoring work practices to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment for all team members.
