Job Summary:
The Production Section Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production section in a dried fruit manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and operations are efficient and compliant with food safety regulations. The position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in production processes.
 
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or related industry, preferably in dried fruit processing.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO.
Understanding of fresh fruit receiving, drying, packaging, and storage processes in dried fruit production.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
 
Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office.
