PRODUCTION PLANNING STAFF
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled and timely delivered through effective production planning and coordination of all production resources
Ensure up-to-date visibility of production status to Customers such as but not limited to the daily quantity/ quality of the products during work-in process, raw material inventory, etc.
Analyze trends that can cause production delays and interruptions, and communicate changes in production forecast to the customer
Collaborate with Production Supervisors in relation to customer's issues and work together to resolve such issues
Job Qualifications:
With a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or with equivalent experience
Proficient in computerized database or document system as well as Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
