Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a PPIC Coordinator to join our growing modular cabinet business!
 
As our PPIC Coordinator, you'll be the key person behind planning production schedules, tracking inventory, and ensuring our team has everything they need to deliver beautiful, high-quality cabinets on time. 
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Create and manage weekly production schedules based on customer orders
Track inventory of raw materials, hardware, and accessories
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests
Communicate with the production team, installers, and owner regarding schedules, delays, or material needs
Prepare simple reports on stock, materials usage, and job progress
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in production, inventory, or operations (cabinetry or construction experience is a plus!)
Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Honest, dependable, and proactive
