Job Responsibilities:
Engineers assigned at our Production Planning division prepares a production schedule that will be used as a reference in achieving shipment / customer requirement.
They ensure that shipment requirement will be met through effective planning and monitoring of Work-In-Process, tact time, and yield.
Job Qualification:
Education: BS in Industrial Engineering* or Manufacturing Engineering graduates; Other Engineering graduates are welcome if they have Planning related experience
Not required to be a Certified Industrial Engineer
Work Experience: fresh graduates are welcome to apply; with work experience is a bonus
Microsoft: Proficient with using Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Soft skills: Can work independently or with a team, and is flexible in terms of work schedule (ie rendering paid overtime during end-of-month inventory); With strong analytical judgment, and communication skills (when dealing with customers inside the company and dealing with suppliers); mathematically inclined, mentally alert

Recruitment Process:
You will be sent an e-mail invitation for a video call interview over Google Meet (Gmail email is required); phone interview will be a last resort. It will be for 30 minutes in consideration of limitations of data usage in an area.
Afterwards, you will be sent a link to an online examination. Follow the instructions of the e-mail and complete the tests as much as possible.
Another message will be sent, via e-mail or text, if you are qualified for an interview with the supervisor/manager of the open position. Likewise, you will be informed if you are not ready to be part of the team.
When you are recommended to be hired, the HR representative will contact you regarding the pre-employment requirements, offered contract, and the like.
