They prioritize on-site operations alongside existing employees, eliminating lengthy transition periods, location changes, downsizing, and integration into larger entities.
Production Planning:
Develop and maintain production schedules for sheet metal fabrication processes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to understand customer requirements and forecast demand accurately.
Evaluate production capacity and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
Participate in planning and implementing picking of manufacturing orders for new build production.
Coordination:
Liaise with the manufacturing team to ensure that production schedules are aligned with capacity and resource availability.
Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to address any issues that may affect production efficiency.
Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the production process.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels.
Prepare reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in sheet metal production.
Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows.
Perform inventory transactions in the system for production manufacturing orders, vendor receipts, movement of inventory from wall to cell, and transaction of scrap and outdated material.
Requirements
Expert in using Solidworks and AutoCAD
Demonstrated competency with computer and software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook).
Proven success in problem-solving and process improvements
5+ yrs. experience in manufacture, and warehouse material control.
Benefits
Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $1000 - $1500
