Qualifications:
Must be a college degree holder preferably Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
At least with 1 year working experience as PPIC 
Must possess good mathematical, analytical, planning, organizing, leadership and communication skills (both oral and written)
Attention to detail and ability to multi task
Performs other related functions that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Job Description: 
Responsible in Material Planning and Inventory Control of raw materials and supplies base on Purchase Order received from Customers.
Make inventory of major raw materials every end of the month
Responsible in preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) for raw materials and supplies needed by the production and advise arrival base on production schedule being set.
Monitor all inventories at the production processes, stocks in the warehouse, as well as incoming and outgoing of goods.
Scheduling the production process in accordance with the planned time, routing, and quantity, in order to speed up the fulfillment of order.
Ensure periodic evaluation of inventory levels of raw materials and supplies.
Reconciles and aligns, with manufacturing group regarding weekly output.
Review, recommend and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given demand/requirements.
Take follow up actions in relation to material shortage that affect production.
Help minimize obsolete stock or raw materials.
Reviews, recommends and execute delivery plans of the required raw materials and finished goods.
Review production planned performance report on a monthly basis
Maintains safety/target quantity levels of raw materials.
Calculating yield based on the realization of standards of production each year
Providing accurate inventory data, especially to the finance department. Fulfill demands with optimal inventory levels, monitor stock transfers, and forecast inventory requirements.
