1. Receives and acknowledges Purchase Order and/or Delivery Requirement from customer.
2. Checks and monitors production status for possible production abnormalities that may affect delivery
schedule.
3. Reports and gives feedback to immediate superior, and concerned sections any abnormality in the production
that may affect the delivery schedule.
4. Informs customer and immediate superior of any changes in delivery that may occur when there are
abnormalities in production.
5. Coordinates with customer regarding incoming schedule of semi-processed products.
6. Checks and monitors incoming semi-processed products and stock through Inventory In-charge.
7. Coordinates with other section regarding production and delivery schedule as well as inventory of materials.
8. Collects Daily Production / Inspection Report every morning and make a summary and submits to General
Manager.
9. Receives and acknowledges customer calls and inquiries on the status of delivery.
10. Ensures daily delivery compliance to customer requirements.
11. Prepares Delivery Receipt (DR) & Sales Invoice (SI) of materials for delivery for approval of General Manager.
12. Submits daily sales versus daily chemical consumption report to General Manager.
13. Attends Daily Staff Meeting and facilitates the meeting in the absence of PPC Asst. Manager.
14. Checks and monitors work performance, overtime work, attitude, attendance and tardiness of subordinates.
15. Implements Company Rules and Regulations and Safety Procedures at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Graduate of Science in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer) or any Business Related Course
? At least one (1) year experienced in manufacturing set-up as PPC Staff.
? Know how to speak or understand Japanese Language (Basic)
? Knowledgeable in Production Planning and Control functions both internal and external.
? With production time study experienced.
? With good communication skills both oral and written.
? Can work under pressure, flexible, with determination at work, and easy to learn.
? With pleasing personality and self-discipline
Max Salary 18000.
