JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Injection Asst. Manager. The Injection Planner is responsible
in the issuance & monitoring of parts, material transfer and inventory taking.
JOB DETAILS:
1. Coordinates material requirement with purchasing and production section.
2. Responsible for the issuance, retrieval and safekeeping of all incoming and outgoing resin material and subparts.
3. Controls material usage of production line.
4. Performs inventory taking daily, weekly, and monthly.
5. Keeps material records and disposition of inventory quality records.
6. Ensure that the documents inventory procedure and guidelines are being followed.
7. Receives production forecast from Manager, Vice-President and customers.
8. Make production plan based on the given PO of customer.
9. Check production capacity, machine capacity and manpower schedule
10. Make a daily checking on production.
11. Coordinate with Import/Export on the delivery schedule and pick up of parts.
12. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
EDUCATION:
College Graduate - Preparably Engineering or other related course.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
At least one (1) year experience in planning job.
CONTACT WITH OTHER:
Interacts with Managers, Leaders and co-employees
ATTENTION & CONCENTRATION:
Focus and Concentration to assign job is essential at all times.
