Performs weighing of raw materials , mixing and charging of PD and IV solutions for filling; prepares and maintains weigh/mix equipment and accessories (PPE, eye, shower, etc), maintains cleanliness of the assigned area and implement 6S, Environmental, Health and Safety standards, Corporate Quality and Regulatory standards, cGMP and approved standard operating procedures. Responsible for mixing, weighing and charging daily operations
To be the personnel in charge for the preparation of intravenous, peritoneal, and hemodialysis concentrate solutions as required by RA5921
