POSITION TITLE: Associate Manufacturing Maintenance Operator (T1)
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance

REPORTS TO: Line Supervisor
POSITION CATEGORY: Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:
To provide equipment technical support to production and performs machine set-ups and trouble shooting and repair of test handlers and ensure proper housekeeping at all time. Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through immediate solutions of machine and setup problems to meet the required volume, cycle time, uptime and yield targets.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides test operations the necessary technical support to sustain the efficient operation of the final test production line.
Perform set-up of equipment as per required by the production.
Maintain and ensures all test equipment are in good conditions prior set-up to production.
Performs minor troubleshooting and repair of assigned test handlers and equipment's with the guidance of senior technician and or superior.
Support and assist to implement projects, improvements and modification of equipment that will help attain good efficiency and machine performance.
Help and ensure to maintain hardware and fixtures of equipment's.
Ensures compliance to quality systems by complying with procedures and specifications (e.g. control plan, setup control, correlation procedures, and other related procedures/specifications. Participates in quality systems audit(s).
Maintain a properly housekeep final test operation and assigned maintenance area.
Work closely with the team and superior and support all activities and programs related to the overall goals of the team and maintenance department.
Consistent full support and involvement to companies programs and activities.
Consistent compliance and full support to company rules and regulations.
Full support to company vision, mission and guiding values.
Prepare and submit reports (e.g. shift/accomplishment) relevant to machine status and other related duties assigned.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
MANDATORY SKILLS (Skills and Competencies)
Good technical skills and knowledge.
Skilled in computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power point)
Ability to work as individual and or as a team member.
Can easily adapt changes.
Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
Hard working and highly energetic and self-motivated.
Can accommodate flexible time and willingness to render overtime.
Goal oriented
Full of initiative, passion and teamwork attitude.
Must speak and write English fluently.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in similar field in Semiconductor, Electronics Company.
Newly graduate can be consider.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND (Licenses/Certification if applicable)
Graduate of at least 2-year technical course, Electromechanical, Electronics or Mechanical Technology.
