Job Description Summary: Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: 1.Operate machines following established man to machine ratio or perform production processes on the assigned station and shift. (Please refer to below or available skills matrix) a. Final Test: 1:4 on multi-site set-up or 1:5 on single site set-up 1 tester and 2 handlers' combination and 2 processes for Non-ATE. b. Wafer Sort/CSP: 1:6 on multi-site or single site set-up 1 tester and 2 probers combination and 2 processes for Non-ATE. c. Tape and Reel: 1:1 setup on AT268/T740/ASM/AG11/tray-tube handlers 1:2 setup on AT28/AT128/ICOS/HEXA/ST585/SRM 3 handler platforms for ATE and 2 processes for Non-ATE. 2.Adhere to compliance in completing ALL standard production transactions and log sheets. 3.Ensure production downtimes are properly recorded and attended. 4.Escalate problem(s) encountered to production supervisor. 5.Adhere to assigned task and schedule provided by superior. 6.Compliance to ALL quality standards and procedures. 7.Execute, contribute & participate in 5S activities within assigned area. 8.Comply with all safety local regulations and any applicable plant regulations. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Preferably 2-year college level of any course. 2. Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry. 3. Must be knowledgeable of back-end processes. 4. Has basic computer skills. 4. Must be resourceful, and assertive. 5. Have good communication skills
