Description
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Reviews product specifications indicated in the Job Order Pouch and seek clarification from immediate head if necessary.
· Sets up, adjust, and operates laminating machine to produce quality laminated sheets.
· Inspect and ensures that materials to be used in lamination is free of fiber or dirt.
· Performs all regular daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance of laminating machine in accordance with the established Maintenance Program.
· Maintains the correct configuration of laminating machine in order to produce consistent quality of laminated sheets.
· Informs Production Supervisor of the need of materials, and other supplies in the lamination area.
· Inspects work in process and finish products to ensure that the quality standards and product specifications are met and maintained.
· Resolves first level technical problems related to quality of laminated sheets, equipment, and other solutions as necessary.
· Reports breakdown of lamination machine to Production Supervisor for appropriate action.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 3 years Vocational or Associate Degree in any Offset Printing or any technical course.
· At least 5'6 in height

At least 6 months experience in printing company or manufacturing industry
