A graduate of any engineering related courses.
Strong skills in leadership and organizational skills
With at least 5 years experience as production manager in a manufacturing firm
In depth knowledge with production management, risk management and safety regulations
Strong people management skills
Possess a good analytical skills and a data driven decision maker
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Have little knowledge with Japanese language is an advantage
Willing to work on Mon-Sat schedule
