Production ManagerSFI-Fresh Bakers Corporation

SFI Fresh Bakers Valenzuela is the second toll manufacturing plant under REBISCO that is operating in Bignay, Valenzuela City. The objective of setting up toll manufacturing plant at North Luzon is to cater soft baked goods and chips and curls product.
Currently, SFI-FB is in need of Production Manager for our new site in Baliuag, Bulacan.
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall management of the department operations and process by supervising and organizing the activities of the entire Production section.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial or Electronics & Communications Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
With at least 5 years solid work experience gained from food manufacturing and/or fast moving consumer goods industry
Must have a strong background in management and quality assurance methodologies and excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Willing to work on a 12-hrs shifting schedule, and/or Holidays as production operation may demand
Willing to be trained in Valenzuela
