Description:
» Planning and organizing production schedules
» Assessing project and resource requirements
» Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with « internal clients » and managers
» Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
» Determining quality control standards
» Ensure output meets quality standards
» superviseing production processes
» Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
» Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials
» Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
» Approving maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. (after approval of Senior Consultant PR)
» Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
» Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
» Organizing significant training sessions.
» Will report directly to the top management (Senior Consultant PR)
Requirements:
· Must be a Licensed Engineer
· With 3-5 years of work practice (same Industry is a BIG PLUS)
· Technical and project management expertise
· Organization and efficiency, and leadership abilities and interpersonal expertise
· Problem solving, IT, and numerical expertise
· Communication and teamworking expertise
· Willing to relocate (Alang-Alang, Leyte)
income: ?40000 - ?45000
