About the role
The Production Manager will Be responsible for overall Sensors Line production performance from Assembly to Test .
The incumbent must deliver per agreed KPI, Quality, Delivery Efficiency and Cost Improvement
What you will do
Achieve output in line with the business plans and financial commitments.
Define and deploy all relevant operations KPI's
Oversee the day-to-day operation of Sensors Team
Establish and drive operational strategies, projects and initiatives to grow and improve business performance.
Provide leadership and support for the Sensors Team
Establish and develop an effective organization, ensure required recruitment and headcount needs are fulfilled and maintain high staff engagement and motivational levels across the assigned organization.
Reporting of performance to the management

What you will need
Engineering Graduate
Minimum 10 Yrs Experience in Semicon industry
WIP management and Fab manufacturing dynamics
Capacity planning
Quality systems and tools
Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning
Financial acumen
Computer literate
Good in writing and communication skill
Communication Skills
Leadership Skills
Interpersonal skills
