1. Sets and monitors production targets to all production lines according to the approved production and maintenance plan

2. Ensures timely reporting of production results
3. Prepares production work instruction based on approved manufacturing process and quality plan
People Management
1. Sets and evaluates the performance targets of subordinates
2. Addresses employee grievances and build positive working environment for the department
3. Implements necessary developmental intervention for subordinates
4. Performs role in hiring and promoting subordinates
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
