Job Description:
• Plan a production schedule aligned to Demand Planning/Sales Forecast
• Implement and control the production schedule
• Manage people, material and other resources to meet production targets
• Ensure that all procedures, systems and programs in Production Operation are being implemented and followed including HACCP, GMP, ISO, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Traceability, Health & Safety, Work Instructions, SOPs
• Monitor quality standards of products
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Make decisions about operation, maintenance, modification and procurement of Machines and Equipment
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Ensure correctness of all Production reports
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Responsible for the efficient Budget plan of his/her department and manage production expenses against the set budget plan
• Implement cost control programs
• Manage production operation within set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of his/her department
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and management
