QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/BS Food Tech
Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word
Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure
With experience in the Food Manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000
With ISO and Quality Management System Background is advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide timely and accurate production output and reports
Participate in the improvement of sectional capacity and productivity
Conduct pre and post-operational checking of the whole section based on the Daily activities
Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMP's
Ensure to comply with Quality Assurance (internal and corporate) Policies and other
Update immediate superior on the status, and opportunity encountered concerning quality, delivery, and productivity
Supervise and monitor production personnel to ensure that they comply with production SOP's
Verify daily monitoring of the areas
