JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager is responsible for:
Managing the workflow of the department, achieving and maintaining a balance between manpower, resources, and workload.
Overseas production and ensures delivery of services to client based on SLA
Providing feedback to Top Management with regard to the status of the department.
Planning and overseeing operations of the department.
Maintaining work systems, procedures, policies and encourage optimum performance of staff and other resources within the department.
Developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development and high performance.
Applying strategic planning to determine company and department objectives.
Reviewing performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Graduate of any health allied course
With significant Management experience in supervisory, assistant manager, managerial role
Computer savvy
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently, a good role model, with high integrity
Willing to work on graveyard shift
