We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City,  Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps,  cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.
 
We are in need of:
 
PRODUCTION MANAGER (CANNERY)
 
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the overall production operations of sardines canning, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
Planning and managing production schedules to meet daily output and delivery requirements.
Supervising production teams and ensuring proper manpower allocation and performance.
Ensuring compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and company policies.
Monitoring processing stages including cleaning, cooking, filling, sealing, and sterilization.
Coordinating with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Preparing and reviewing production reports, yields, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Food Technology, Fisheries, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in sardines or canning industry.
With at least 2-3 years of managerial experience in production.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Knowledgeable in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
Ability to manage high-volume production operations.
