Company Description
Ensures effective coordination with demand planner, CCR and PPIC to come up with a realisticproduction schedule to help ensure the on-time product delivery to the customer. Maintains andensures availability of raw materials to help sustain the production of goods in a timely manner.Manage production inventory system ensuring regular accounting of raw materials to always check and ensure minimal inventory variance.
Job Description
Coordination and production planning
1. Coordinates with demand planner and CCR with regards to projected sales volume.
2. Provides relevant information to PPIC (prodn planning and inventory control) to achieve
an acceptable production plan.
3. Attends coordination meetings and ensures that information/action plans from these
meetings are shared to prodn manager and supervisors.
4. Checks and reviews variance between actual and forecasted production numbers, and
analyzes the result to improve forecast accuracy.
Inventory Management and planning
5. Maintains inventory records and performs regular physical count. Conducts daily macro
inventory through physical measurement of bins and silos to ensure the accuracy of
reports.
6. Monitors inventory level of tags and packaging materials and recommends replenishment
of materials to Production Supervisor, as needed.
7. Monitors and conducts cycle count for macro/micro materials, ingredients and packaging
materials used in the production and reconcile count against the system issuance and
report any discrepancy found.
8. Coordinates with MSD supervisor for packaging materials, ingredients and supplies.
9. Monitors macro and liquid material inventory variances and recommends corrective action
to Feedmill Manager.
10. Complies any or all of the following as may be assigned or required: Be a core group
member in any of the company's Integrated Programs. Be a member of QIT within the
department and may be requested to be a member in a cross-functional project team.
11. Actively participates in company programs and during meetings and discussions and
comes up with suggestions for improvement in the areas of quality, efficiency,
productivity, security and safety, sanitation and food safety, environment, waste
reduction, sustainability, social responsibility and risk management.
12. Takes an active role in the implementation and maintenance of systems such as ISO, and
5S/GMP/HACCP
Qualifications
Education:
● BS degree preferably in Engineering or Accounting
Experience:
● Two (2) years' experience in production or warehousing in a feed mill company
Licenses:

2. Training and orientation on Food Safety Standards
