We're looking for a results-driven Production Industrial Engineer (IE) to join our team! You'll play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production workflows, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
Develop layout plans and recommend process flow improvements.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on production performance.
Support cost-reduction initiatives through process optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a strong advantage.
