What you'll be doing: Responsible for processing and packaging operations in areas covering Creams, Lotions & Liquid (CLL), Powders & Hydroalcohols (PHA), Hotmelts & Mascara (HMM), Raw Ingredients dispensing (Processing Weighing & Dispensing Section - PWDS), Engineering Facilities and Maintenance, Industrial Engineering and Security under the MAKE Department. Ensures compliance to safety, environmental, security and GMP standards, execution of production schedules, achievement of productivity goals, meet product quality standards at optimum cost, and maintains the general upkeep of the processing, packaging and engineering areas.
Key responsibilities:
-Coordinate the different functions of MAKE business units/sections and other departments for the effective execution of production schedule.
-Ensures that safety, quality and micro, environmental, productivity and customer service objectives are met.
-Oversees CLL, HMM, PHA PWDS, Engineering and IE operations, its general upkeep, issuance and control of processing manufacturing documents.
-Ensures compliance to Safety, Environmental and GMP policies and procedures.
- Evaluates, analyze and recommend improvements in manufacturing operations. Recommends the upgrade or acquisition of additional equipment to support demand and new global technology harmonization. Oversees the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests and execution in manufacturing by providing strategic direction and investment priorities.
We'd love you to have:
Graduate of Engineering and Science Bachelor's degree courses.
Preferably has graduated in a masteral degree program such as MDP, MBA, and Supply Chain.
At least 10 years solid work experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or FMCG companies.
Preferably a PRC license engineer or sciences.
And a certified Lean Six Sigma green belter.
Has thorough understanding of supply chain processes, financial evaluation & budgeting, quality control processes, applications of plant design and new product development.
