Description * Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinates people, resources, equipment and supplies to ensure the production process meets the organization's goals.
2. Develops policies and procedures to ensure safety as well as produce quality products within budgetary guidelines.
3. Ensures the safety and health is on top before doing any task at the site.
4. Monitors the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed.
5. Works with different Department Head to implement the Company's policies and goals.
6. Supervises and motivates a team of workers.
7.Able to perform knowledge of Supply Chain Management System in term of determining vendor capability and support strength, quality conservation control, cost comparison and dateline uphold.
8. Ensures all machine problems are addressed immediately and coordinated with the Engineering Teams
9. Ensure production quality standards are met
10.Performs machine trials as advised by Management
11.Responsible to achieve department target as targeted goal.

Graduate of 4 years course, preferably Engineering course (ME,IE, ECE)
age MUST over 45 years old
At least 7 years experience in production electronics company like:
EMS Components Assembly inc
IMI(integrated micro-electronics inc)
Sumitronics
Katolec
Tsukiden
New KImpo
Understand electronic characteristics of drawings
has excellent supervisory/managerial skills
understand SMT(Surface mount technology)
have knowledge QA and QC experience in electrical manufacturing company
