Roz Laboratories Inc., a pharmaceutical manufacturing company and affiliate of Berovan Marketing Inc. is urgently hiring for a Production Head. 
Job Responsibilities include:
Authorizes the starting of the production
 Approve or Disapprove leave of production employees
Authorize assignments to production employees
Follow all Company Rules and Regulations
Planning and organizing production schedules (Production Plan)
Assessing project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Determining quality control standards
Overseeing production processes
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
Supervising the work of junior staff
Organizing relevant training sessions
Other tasks deemed necessary
Job Qualifications are as follows:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Must be a registered pharmacist
Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills
Excellent project management skills
Good leadership and have the ability to coach or mentor employees on a one-on-one basis or as a group
