BS in Industrial, Mechanical or Business Administration, or a 4-year technical degree in related discipline
5 to 10 years experience in manufacturing management, preferably in process-oriented operations and/or related industry.
Familiar with the Banana production operations and relevant experience in organizational effectiveness.
Knowledgeable in Production Planning and Development, Data Analysis, Manufacturing Quality, Operational Management, and Improvement
