PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY FOREMAN
Graduate of any 4-year courses, BIT (Bachelor of Industrial Technology) is a plus factor.
Knowledgeable of the basic principles of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other principles applied in Japanese companies is a plus factor
Must have depth knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
With at least 1-2 years experienced gain in manufacturing company as production foreman/group leader handling group of people.
Promotes Safety, 5S, and Kaizen.
Boosts morale of the subordinates.
Conducts performance reviews of all personnel.
Reports to immediate superior for any problem that occurs in his/her area of assignment.
