Production foremanCSC

Assign instructions to team for smooth completion of maintenance activities.
Plan rectification of broken parts avoiding delay or halt in production.
Coordinate with Production Engineer for areas of concern in maintenance and production targets.
Can support the Production Manager and Engineers in meeting production targets and deadlines with good output qualities of products
Be able to supervise and handle team of technicians and machine operators involved in manufacturing environment preferred in Precast plant
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
At least High School graduatei Vocational graduate
At least 5 years of experience In same field of construction or precast plant environment
Be able to read construction plans and follow Instructions from supervisors and managers
Can read complicated prints and specification weld symbols in construction environment and manufacturing plant
Has good knowledge to troubleshooting works In manufacturing work settings
Physically fit & Proactive
Good communication skills within organization staffs and offic􀂫ns of the company
Adequate knowledge of Safe Work conditions and Quality Policies
Willing to work extended hours and shifting schedule; Ability to work outdoor/Indoor in all weather conditions
