Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in all facets of Production with direct product responsibility
Adept in handling people
Familiar in ISO documentation & implementation
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to monitor assigned section to produce right quantity of quality finished products on schedule time.
Supervise and monitors Activities in production area.
Assigns and allocates Machine operators to operation based on required manpower and machine loading
Inspect operation workmanship if they conform with the requirements
Ensure Availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.
Coordinates with QA department in conducting testing and sampling
Coordinates with maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
Maintain good house-keeping in the area of responsibility.
Rates department personnel in Performance evaluation.
Discusses Job Description to newly hired subordinates.
