What to Expect?
Successful candidates will work closely with the onshore team and share their passion for delivering quality service. They will take on an important role in producing estimates and bill of quantities for ordering and scheduling and being mindful of regulatory requirements. Major responsibilities also include timely coordination with internal and external customers and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
 
Qualification:
• At least 2 years experience as an Australian Housing estimator / quantity surveyor (BPO Set-up)
• High attention to details, accuracy and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good understanding of Australian Residential construction materials and products
• Experience in Databuild
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self starter
