Job Description
• Supervision of plant daily activities in production.
• Preparing all the documents related to production.
• Manpower allocation for each plant.
• Maintaining the company policy inside the plant.
• Communicating the daily activities to the successive shift.
• Monitoring and addressing to the respective personnel if deviate from the target.
• Strive to find improvements always.
• Making measures to reduce the downtime in the plant.
• Ensure to finish the projects on time.
• Training the subordinates in a frequent manner.
• Ensure the safety PPE's inside the plant.
• Maintaining the housekeeping inside and outside the plant.
Qualifications:
Additional Information:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical); Engineering(Industrial); Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
