PRODUCTION ENGINEERING PERSONNEL
 
Qualifications:
Male or Female
3-5 years of Manufacturing Experience
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduate is welcome
Physically fit, willing to render overtime if needed
Strong analytical, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be keen to details and is able to multi-task effectively
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
Job Responsibilities:
In-charge on the line assembly for the ST value and production efficiency
Conduct study of production efficiency, productivity, layout and improvement
Check the progress of the production line and perform a patrol check in the process if the SOP is followed
Facilitate the implementation of 5S at the work place
Conduct education, training plan and implementation to production team members
Encode assembly monitoring data, output, efficiency and production daily performance. Review, analyze and provide countermeasures on the result of the data encoded
Perform other duties as needed
Knows how to conduct time and motion study
