QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Applicants must have at least 1 to 2 years of working experience gain in Manufacturing company as Production Engineer
Knowledgeable in making and preparing audit reports
Must be knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards
Have knowledge in 7QC Tools, FMEA, Time and Motion Study
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts line monitoring to improve quality
Validates compliance to Procedures, Guidelines, Operation Standards, Quality Principle, PQC Rule and ISO Standards
Generates and reviews Operation Standards, Guidelines, Procedures and Forms/Checksheets as necessary related to inspection
Analyzes problems encountered by Production and find ways on how to prevent the re-occurence
Leas the group towards implementation of improvement activities that will help promore better quality and productivity
Performs line improvement that will help increase quality and productivity and ensures safety in inspection process
