Purpose of Job/Job Summary:
 
Responsible for the production of best quality output and achievement of quality targets by maximizing the use of all resources. Coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications.
 
Position Overview:
 
Skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our engineering team. This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Engineer, Process Engineer, and Technical Engineer to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and technical expertise in product design and production systems. You will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and resolving technical issues.
 
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, or related field).
Experience:
Preferably with background in production, process, or engineering roles within the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in CAD software and capable of interpreting product and technical drawings.
Core Competencies:
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Work Management:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
