Duties & Responsibilities
Provides manual and technical expertise in the production of hotdogs/hams bacons, cold cuts/nuggets, as follows:
Operates the assigned machine / equipment.
Processes products in conformance with established standards and operating procedures.
Strictly adheres to GMP, HACCP/food safety and Sanitation standards and procedures
Conducts quality checks to ensure products are produced within accepted quality parameters.
